This “Lost & Found Privacy Notice” is a part of Customer Privacy Policy and specifically inform you about how Northern Bangkok Monorail Company Limited, the concessionaire of the MRT Pink Line, and Bangkok Mass Transit Public Company Limited, the operator of the MRT Pink Line, (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use and/or disclose your personal data for Lost & Found support.

Identity data, such as information on identification card or passport with photocopy or other suitable proof of ownership as may be requested by the us.
We may rely on (1) legal obligation, for the fulfilment of our legal obligations; (2) legitimate interest, for the purpose of our legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of third parties. We will balance the legitimate interest pursued by us and your interest, fundamental rights and freedoms in relation to the protection of your Personal Data; (3) public interest, for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the exercising of the state authorities (4) for establishment and raising of potential legal claims or other legal bases permitted under applicable laws relating to personal data protection (as the case may be), to collect, use and/ or disclose Personal Data for the following purposes:
2.1. To identify and verify owner, possessor, or finder of the property;
2.2. To contact, communicate, or facilitate to find the owner or the property;
2.3. To protect buildings, premises, and asset from damages, failure, destruction, and other crimes;
2.4. To support establishment and exercise of civil claims.
We may be required to disclose or share your personal data to third parties in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation such as any law enforcement agency, court, embassy, consulate, regulator, or other government authorities, or other third party where we believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights, the rights of any third party or individuals’ personal safety, or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or safety issues.
We retain your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes of Lost & Found support as described in this Lost & Found Privacy Notice. In the event that we are no longer legally permitted to retain your personal data, we will delete your data from our systems and records. Nevertheless, in the case where there are any court or disciplinary proceedings, your personal data may be retained until such proceedings have been completed including possible appealing process. After such process, the data will be permanently deleted or stored as required by the applicable laws.
Subject to applicable laws and exceptions thereof, you may have the rights to access and/or request a copy, transfer, correction, deletion, destruction or de-identity personal data, including objection to and suspension of certain collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data. You may withdraw your consent in the case that we are relying on such consent. You also have the right to request for disclosure of the means by which personal data was obtained without your consent. In addition, in the case where you consider that we violate the provisions of the law on personal data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent authority as prescribed by law.
We maintain appropriate security measures, which include administrative, technical and physical safeguards in relation to access control, to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data against any unlawful or unauthorized loss, access, use, alteration, correction, or disclosure, in compliance with the applicable laws.
