Park and Ride Building Terms of Service MRT Pink Line Min Buri Station
Park and Ride Location and Service Hours
- The Park and Ride building is located in the area of Min Buri Station (PK30). The building has a total of 3 floors and be able to accommodate the parking of approximately 3,025 automobiles.
- The Park and Ride building is in service everyday between 05.00 and 02.00 hrs.
Park and Ride Usage
1. Entering-Exiting the Park and Ride Building
- Entering the Park and Ride Building
- Without a Rabbit Card: ress the button to receive a Parking Card at the Automated Card Machine located at the entrance of the building and proceed to parking area.
- With a Rabbit Card: Tap the Rabbit Card at the Automated Records Machine to record the entry data and proceed to parking area.
Notice: Rabbit Card must have remaining balance.
Parking Card :
Before exiting, tap the card at the Automatic Payment Station machine located either at the connecting walkway to the Min Buri Station (PK30) or in the designated parking area.
Complete the payment and retrieve the QR Code slip. Proceed with your vehicle to the exit and scan the QR Code slip to lift the parking gate and depart the Park and Ride building.
Notice : QR Code slips are only valid for 30 minutes after being produced. Users must exit the building with their vehicle within the allotted time. If the user is unable to exit the building in time, please contact staff and pay the overtime fee.

Payment Process
- Parking Card holders can complete payment of their parking fee by themselves at any of the two Automatic Payment Station Machines with the first located at the connecting walkway to the Min Buri Station (PK30) and the second located at the street-level entry and exit. Payment can be carried out via:
- Cash
- QR Banking
- Thai Payment (mobile bank application)
- Rabbit Card holders may top up the card value at the ticket office of Min Buri Station (PK30) using cash.
- Monthly card holders may top up the monthly parking at the ticket office of Min Buri Station (PK30) and may tap their card at the Automated Records Machine at the exit parking gate.
Notice: Parking Card holders, who ride the MRT Pink Line, must tap the Parking Card at the E-Stamp machine before leaving Min Buri Station (PK30) to receive a parking discount.

4. Vehicle Types and Park and Ride Structure Limitations
- Vehicle types allowed in the Park and Ride building are all land transport vehicles powered by combustion or electrical engines or other energy sources with the exception of rail base vehicles. Vehicles must not pose a danger or affect to the Park and Ride building structure.
- Vehicles entering to the Park and Ride building must not exceed than 2.10 meters in height. Please comply with height warnings sign posted at the entry points.
- Vehicles parking must comply to the designated area parking e.g., the handicap parking areas. Violators will be asked to move off their vehicles. In case of uncontactable, staff retain the right to move the vehicle by mean of vehicle lifting equipment to maintain the interest of other users.
5. Traffic Management and Accident and Conflict Response
- Users must comply with all signages, symbols indicated, park in the designated areas and follow all staff recommendations.
- In case of accident or collision of vehicles both within the building and the area surrounding, please notify the attending security staff and comply with the instructions given to avoid other users’ obstacles.
- In case of accident or emergency, users must notify staff immediately. Vehicles that parked in an undesignated area and the owner is uncontactable, staff retain the right to move the vehicle by mean of vehicle lifting equipment to maintain the interest of other users.
- If the entry or exit parking gate is malfunctioning, please notify staff to rectify the problem.
- If a parking card is lost, the user must present their vehicle registration or its copy with a national identification card or driving’s license to staff as proof of ownership before taking the vehicle out of the Park and Ride building.
- Parking in the Park and Ride building is carried out in accordance with all indicated terms and conditions only. The service provider maintains no responsibility or liability for the loss or damage of user property or user vehicles and/or related devices or some parts that placed within the building or its related areas.
6. Facilities
- Total 3,025 parking spaces.
- Handicap parking areas on every floor, total 32 spaces.
- Total 199 motorcycle parking spaces.
- 3 elevators serving floors G – 3 (connecting walkway to Min Buri Station (PK30).
- 12 public male and female toilets on each floor (6 public toilets on each side of the building).
- 3 elevators serving floors G – 3 (connecting walkway to Min Buri Station (PK30).
- 36 public male and female toilets on each floor (18 public toilets on each side of the building).
- 1 handicap accessible bathroom on each side of the building.
- 11 fire escapes on each floor spanning both sides of the building.
- 54 closed circuit surveillance cameras.
- Connecting walkway to Min Buri Station (PK30) on Floor 3.
7. Emergency or Disaster Management

Notify staff immediately or report the threat to 191 or the Customer Relations Center at Tel. 0 2617 6111
1. Notify staff immediately to suppress the fire by using the provided fire extinguisher equipment.
2. Follow all staff recommendations given, which will direct the users to evacuate to an appropriately safe muster point.
3. Staff will close off all possible entrances/connections to the Park and Ride building.
4. Staff will raise the exit barrier to allow only exit direction from Park and Ride building and will keep the entry barrier gate closed during the emergency.
8. Suspicious Items or Signs of Sabotage
1. User or witness must notify staff immediately.
2. Follow all staff recommendations given, which will direct the users to evacuate to an appropriately safe muster point.
3. Staff will close off all possible entrances/connections to the Park and Ride building.
4. Staff will raise the exit barrier to allow only exit direction from the Park and Ride building and will keep the entry barrier gate closed during the emergency.
9. Emergency Medical Situation
1. User or witness must notify staff immediately or call the Emergency Medical Services Tel 1669 or Customer Relations Center at Tel. 0 2617 6111
2. If the emergency resuscitation is required, use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) installed in the building.
3. Follow all staff recommendations given.
10. Park and Ride Building Restrictions
- Do not smoke within the Park and Ride building premises.
- Do not park vehicles transporting flammable or containing dangerous materials in the PARK AND RIDE building.
- Do not violate traffic signs or symbols.
- Do not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances or narcotics.
- Do not engage in gambling or any activity related to gambling.
- Do not distribute flyers, advertising media or engage in other such activities without prior permission.
- Do not engage in any activity that violate the law or morality.
- Do not engage in any activity that may result in damage to the Park and Ride building or its property or other premises related to the Park and Ride building. Detection of such activities will lead to prompt legal action and claim for damages.
11. Lost and Found Items
1) Please notify and submit any lost or forgotten items to the staff so as to return to its rightful owners.
