How to use an automatic gate pass

On the MRT PINK Line or other transit system, simply place the Rabbit Card on the gate and listen for the “beep” – the value of your trip will be automatically deducted from your Rabbit Card when you exit your destination station. The transit cost will be deducted from your Rabbit Card stored value balance.

2. How to purchase a new Rabbit card

1. Issue card via POST pay 100 Baht initial Issuing Fee

2. Add value

Add minimum value of 100 Baht, up to a maximum value which can be stored of 4,000 Baht.
In the case of passengers travelling on the Train System, The fare collection system will deduct fare according to the published Fare Table.
Added value is valid for 2 years from date of last transaction. Within the validity period (7 years), if there is the value top up, the value in the card will be automatically extended.

How to use a Rabbit card to enter or exit through an Automatic Gate

1. One card per passenger

2. Enter: Tap your card on the card reader on the Automatic Gate.

3. Exit: Tap your card on the card reader on the Automatic Gate.

Contact the Ticket Office if experiencing any of the following difficulties:

1. Automatic Gate refuses to accept the pass

2. Damaged pass

3. Loss of pass

4. Travelling within the system beyond time limit (120 mins.)
