  • Pay attention to any announcements and follow NBM instructions carefully.
  • Maintain cleanliness, and dispose of garbage in provided receptacles.
  • Contact station staff if feeling unwell or in need of assistance.
  • Notify station staff in the event of a loss, discovery, or retrieval of an item.
  • Notify staff immediately of suspicious persons, actions or objects.

  • Do not smoke or bring flammable or hazardous chemicals into the train system.
  • Do not bring any type of animal into the train system.
  • Do not eat or drink in the train system.
  • Do not drop any item from the station.
  • Do not carry over-sized or exceedingly heavy items into the train system.
  • Do not draw or damage any equipment in the train system.
  • Do not wear skates or wheeled shoes, skateboard, or ride bicycles inside the train system.
  • Do not make loud noises, cause a disturbing manner or otherwise inconvenience other passengers.
